Club Carp is provided by Club Carp partnership. 

• Club Carp stores some of your personal data (outlined in this privacy policy)
• Squareup International Ltd securely stores your payment details as outlined in Square privacy policy

• When you complete our subscription form via the website, we collect your email address, name, and delivery address (credit card details are collected by a 3rd company  Squareup International Ltd)  

Squareup Europe Ltd is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (registered reference no. 900846) for the issuing of electronic money and provision of payment services.

 We collect data in order to:

• Improve the site by monitoring how you use it
• Gather feedback to improve our services, for example our email alerts
• Respond to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to
• Send email alerts to users who request them
• Take payments
• Provide you with information about our other services
• Deliver your items 
• Keep you informed of changes

We will not:

• sell or rent your data to third parties
• share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

We will share your data if we are required to do so by law – for example, by court order, or to prevent fraud or other crime.

 We will only retain your personal data for as long as:

• It is needed for the purposes set out in this document
• In general, this means that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years.

• A copy of that personal data
